EpayCharity is a system created for distribution and donation to any foundations, charity organizations, and non-profit making organizations. Donors can help both those organizations by donating online through our system. We aim to be a part helping and supporting society. Therefore, we offer no service charge for this system. We provide an easy system for foundations, charity organizations, and non-profit making organizations to receive donation online. Hopefully, we are a small part to help each other in our society.

We offer no service charge for this system. Foundations or charity organizations can use our EpayCharity for free.
Foundations or charity organizations using EpayCharity system can fill their information in our system. We will always display that information on our THAIEPAY website in order to encourage donors to help donating money for Foundations or charity organizations.
When donors want to donate for foundations or charity organixations, they can donate online immediately.
System Working
EpayCharity system will be easily connected with the system of foundations. Therefore, We, then, conclude a steps of how EpayCharity works as detailed below.
When donors want to donate for a foundation, they only click “Donate Now” button. After that the system will process to EpayCharity system.

After that donors will be brought to EpayCharity page. The system will display the information of donation amount. If the information is correct, donors can confirm and process to next step.
Donors fill their credit card details through THAIEPAY system. After that the system will verify the credit card details whether they are approved.
Fee and Service Charge
We aim to create EpayCharity system without any benefits. Therefore, the system has special service charge as details below.
Free Operating System Service Charge
Transaction Fee: Fee rate depends on credit card type. 3% for Visa, MasterCard 4% for American Express Fee 3% for Visa, MasterCard and fee 4% for American Express. For example, a customer uses Visa to donate 100 Baht for a foundation. THAIEPAY will deduct 3% out of 100 baht. It means we exactly deduct 3 baht from 100 Baht. Therefore, merchant will receive 97 baht. (Transaction Fee is required by Credit Card Issuers and can not be waived. Therefore, THAIEPAY has no profit on each transaction fee)
Income Remittance
THAIEPAY system will summarize foundations’ income in each month and remit the income after deducting fee into foundations’ bank accounts on the 10th of the following month.
For example, in January, a foundation has monthly income 10,000 baht. THAIEPAY will deduct 3% out of 10,000 baht. It means we exactly deduct 300 baht from 10,000 Baht. Therefore, foundation will receive 97,000 baht on 10th February
However, THAIEPAY has released additional regulations regarding income remittance. That is to say, foundations can request THAIEPAY to make income remittance for foundations earlier, semi-monthly or weekly.
Foundation who has been using THAIERPAY service for greater than 6 months
Merchant who has no record of fraudulent donors and charge back issue
Merchant who has monthly income over 100,000 baht/month can receive income every 15 days (Semi-Monthly)
Merchant who has monthly donation amount over 500,000 baht/month can receive donation amount every week (Weekly)
